Kit of Parts
Kit of parts is a unique ParkerSteel service which allows us to take your drawings and produce all the parts needed to assemble your fabrication. This service enables you to make a huge reduction in wastage and production times, which in turn improves your cash flow as the cost of the material is tied up for less time. It also means you can produce more with less people or redeploy staff onto more profitable work. Customers that have utilised this service have saved themselves a great deal of money in return of goods.

Process
We can laser, plasma, flame, sheer or water-jet cut sheet and plate products inclusive of any taped, slotted or countersunk holes, edge bevelling or milling, we can also fold to your requirement. On section we can cut or crop to length, drill, punch, countersink or tap any holes required. With hollow section we are able to carry out simple or intricate work on tubes up to 100 × 100 × 6mm wall thickness.

All items come in part marked and fully labelled to show the exact content of any packaging; they can also include any of your own part number. This will inevitably speed up your assembly items.
