BBQ Cup 2022

We celebrated yet another successful year for ParkerSteel Limited by holding our annual BBQ Cup Football Tournament at the University of Kent! This year, it was bigger and better than ever, with colleagues from our various departments and facilities around the country gathering for a day of sunshine, football, food, and live music!

The white team, named 'We’re Steel Standing', took home the coveted ParkerSteel trophy following an undefeated run against the other three teams. Although many of the players impressed with their football prowess, the Man of the Tournament trophy was shared between Shane Clark and Peter Knight, who displayed outstanding skills throughout all the matches.

The tournament was a fantastic opportunity to encourage fitness and wellbeing in our company as well as strengthen our positive work culture by building strong bonds between colleagues. A big thank you to everyone who attended this fun-filled event, and to all of our incredible ParkerSteel staff for their continued hard work and dedication!
